What should I book first?
If you are unsure what you need, book a Product Clarity Call. If you already know the stage, such as an existing formula audit, custom formulation, or manufacturing handoff support, submit an inquiry so I can confirm the right next step.
What is the Product Concept / Trend Strategy Sprint?
It is pre-formulation strategy for founders who need help deciding what to make before investing in formula development. Depending on scope, it can include product positioning, target customer, trend direction, hero ingredients, claims angle, product line fit, feasibility notes, and a next-step roadmap.
What's included in the Formulation Audit?
The audit includes a pre-session analysis of your existing formula, a 60-minute strategic review session, and a written summary with findings, risk assessment, and recommended next steps. It is priced at $425.
What's not included in the audit?
The audit provides analysis and strategic direction only. It does not include a corrected formula, full reformulation, regulatory approval, manufacturing management, or production-ready revisions. If you need those, I will recommend a custom proposal.
Do I need a complete formula to work with you?
No. If you have only an idea, the Product Clarity Call or Strategy Sprint can help shape the product before formulation. If you have a complete formula with ingredients and percentages, the Formulation Audit may be the right service. If you need a formula built, custom development is scoped by proposal.
How long do projects take?
A Product Clarity Call is a 60-minute strategy call with a written next-step recap within 48 hours. Strategy sprints usually take 5-10 business days. Formulation audits usually take 1-2 weeks. Custom formulation commonly takes 8-16 weeks depending on product complexity, revisions, testing needs, and manufacturing readiness.
Are you accepting new projects?
Yes. Cire Chemistry is accepting a limited number of strategy, audit, and custom development projects. Custom work is reviewed by scope, timeline, and fit before a proposal is sent.
How do projects stay organized?
The goal is to keep product briefs, formula decisions, claims, costing, documents, and handoff documentation clear from concept through production conversations.
Do you provide manufacturing?
Cire Chemistry is not a manufacturer. For projects ready for production conversations, I can prepare a cleaner handoff and help with manufacturing questions. Quotes, MOQs, timelines, and production agreements are handled separately by the production partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
I review the inquiry within 48 hours and respond with the clearest next step. That may be a service recommendation, a custom proposal, a manufacturing handoff conversation, or a Product Clarity Call if the product needs more definition before it can be scoped.
Do you work with international brands?
Yes. Strategy, audit, and development documentation can be handled virtually. Manufacturing, testing, compliance, and labeling requirements may vary by market and are scoped separately.
